2. Hosting and technical access data
This website is currently prepared as a static website hosted by Render Services, Inc. When the website is accessed, the hosting infrastructure may process technical connection data such as the IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, referrer, browser, operating system and device information.
This processing is necessary to provide a secure and stable website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, reliable and technically functional operation of the website.
Technical access data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide and secure the website or to meet applicable legal obligations, and is then deleted or anonymised in accordance with the hosting configuration. Render provides a Data Processing Addendum and participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to answer your request and manage the related communication. Depending on the subject of your request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Email correspondence is retained only for as long as it is required for the relevant communication or applicable statutory retention obligations.
4. Applications and newsletter
The application form is not yet active. The current Apply page does not submit, save or upload application data.
Newsletter registration is not yet active. This website currently does not collect newsletter addresses. Before either service is enabled, this Privacy Policy will be updated with the relevant provider, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and withdrawal or deletion procedures. Newsletter registration will use email confirmation through a Double Opt-In process.
5. Cookies, analytics and external media
The current website does not set marketing or analytics cookies and does not include analytics, advertising pixels or third-party media embeds. The site uses locally hosted fonts and images.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent with effect for the future.
